Explore why it might be right for your family
Although St. B's no longer has a school (although you can still find parishioners who went there), we still very much invite you to explore the many great Catholic schools close by.
The work of Catholic schools is ultimately a matter of maintaining the Church’s mission of building Christ’s Kingdom of justice, love and peace, while continuing relevant, real-world instructional excellence in meeting the needs of a 21st-century world that is ever-changing. Catholic schools in San Diego have always embraced the challenge. Did you know in San Diego and Imperial Counties there are:
- 43 Catholic elementary schools
- 6 Catholic high schools
- 3 Catholic universities
- 15,000 Catholic school students
- $1,000,000 in tuition assistance from Diocese, and St. B’s has an additional tuition endowment fund

What do you think?
what do our St. B's high schoolers think about their Catholic school?
"I went to my local public elementary school, but in 5th grade I asked my parents if I could go to a Catholic school because I wanted faith to be a part of every facet of my life, including my school day. Going to a Catholic school has provided me with so many great faith opportunities such as retreats, daily Mass, and Bible studies, and I’ve loved my experience so much that I decided to attend a Catholic college."
—graduate of Cathedral Catholic High School
"This is my first year at a Catholic school, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn in a Catholic environment and explore my faith during the school day." —St. Augustine High School student
